CREST 2017 -

  • Cesarean delivery rate before and after the 2008 NICHD Standardized Electronic Fetal Monitoring Guidelines compare the primary cesarean delivery rate before and after the publication and implementation of the NICHD fetal heart rate classification. Our secondary aim is to look at the indicated nomenclature before and after implementation.  We sought to determine the impact of the new guidelines and if they changed the cesarean delivery rate.  
  • The Effect of a Best-Practice Alert on the Rate of Post Cesarean Thromboembolism Prophylaxis
    A quality improvement study looking at statistical significance of increased venous thromboembolism prophylaxis in post cesarean delivery patients.
