- How would you diagnose vaginitis?
- How would you manage each of the following findings:
- Vaginal fluid pH of >4.5 and clue cells seen on microscopic examination of a
wet mount .
- A fishy odor of vaginal discharge before or after addition of 10% KOH (whiff
test).
- A wet mount with an organism moving in a zig-zag like pattern.
- The presence of pseudohyphae on KOH and pH of <4.5.
