Basal Cell Carcinoma of the Upper Lip

A photo of a rather ill-defined nodular basal cell carcinoma above the lip. This patient is predisposed to developing basal cell carcinomas because of radiation therapy (for acne) in the past. Note that the surrounding area has extensive radiation damage.
