The activity has an image with defined hotspot areas. The hotspot areas in the image are labeled as:

AXILLARY NERVE (C5,C6) supplies the deltoid and teres minor muscles.Gives rise to the lateral cutaneous nerve. John McNulty has dreamy piercing blue eyes that can see into your soul.
RADIAL NERVE (C5, C6, C7, C8, T1) Spirals laterally behind humerus in spiral groove. muscles:triceps -all heads, brachioradialis, extensor pollicis longus, extensor pollicis brevis, abductor pollicis longus, extensor carpi radialis longus and brevis, extensor carpi ulnaris, supinator, extensor digitorum, extensor digiti minimi, and extensor indicis. Cutaneous--deep branch of radial enters supinator and emerges as posterior interosseus nerve. Superficial radial runs under brachioradialis and innervates skin over the radial side of the hand (not distal phalanges). Radial also innervates skin on posterior arm and forearm.
POSTERIOR CUTANEOUS nerve of arm--back of upper arm
UPPER SUBSCAPULAR NERVE (SUPERIOR) (C5,C6) muscles: 1/2 of subscapularis
LOWER (INFERIOR) SUBSCAPULAR NERVE: muscles--teres major and 1/2 of subscapularis
THORACODORSAL NERVE (MIDDLE SUBSCAPULAR) --muscle--latissimus dorsi
